The renovation process begins with an initial meeting to review your vision, needs, and ideas for your project. We will answer any questions you have about the construction process and review following items:

Preliminary Design & Estimation

If you have decided that CalCo is the right company for your project, then we will move forward with a preliminary design and project estimation. Should you choose to accept our proposal, a deposit is required to schedule a project start date and place
material orders.

Materials & Design Development

After a proposal is accepted, we will begin selecting materials and incorporating them into a formal design. We work with the top vendors in Lancaster County, with materials sourced both locally and worldwide.

Permits & Site Prep

Our team will handle all permits and inspection scheduling with the local township and city zoning offices. Site prep will begin before demolition and rebuild.

Construction & Inspections

Our projects are closely managed from start to finish. Our Project Managers will be in communication with you during each phase of the demo to rebuild process.
